Lo Shiatsu
Shiatsu (from the Japanese Shi = finger and Atsu = pressure) is a manual practice that has very ancient origins and findes its roots in the ancient oriental culture, precisely in the Chinese manual arts, practiced for health care already from the 2,500 – 3,000 b.C. Its codification as precise body technique dates back to quite recent times, and exactly takes place in Japan, between 1910 and 1920. In 1955 there was official recognition of the Japanese Ministry of Health and from the seventies on the Shiatsu gradually began to establish itself in the rest of the world.
Through precise pressure modes, it acts on the energy flow of the human being.
